Most of the lists are set to automatically archive all posts. As rented space on
the server fills up, the oldest archival logs are downloaded and stored them offline.
However, you can generally access the material posted in the last few months.
To do this, access the archives go to http://home.ease.lsoft.com/archives/index.html
and scroll down to the list server in question.
Click on that list and you will, if this is your first time in the archives, be taken
through a process by which you establish a password linked to your email address.
For security purposes you will need to respond to a confirmation email sent by the
server to your email box. Using your email and password, which can be stored conveniently
in a cookie so that your access is automatic, you can now view, sort and search the
archives for the list in question.
Should you lose your password you can go through the process of establishing a new
one, guided by the system.
